UPON ARRIVAL AT THE LODGE you will be greeted by the owner at the dock and your baggage will be taken to your cabin.  You will be assigned to a boat(s) for your group and be familiarized with the operation of the camp.

FISHING EQUIPMENT includes safe 14’ aluminum boats with 9.9 and 15 HP motors, DOT approved life vests, landing nets and gasoline.

SOLID LOG CONSTRUCTION CABINS accommodate from 3 to 7 people depending on the size of your party.  Cabins  are fully equipped with propane cooking stoves, refrigerators, electric lights, dishes, utensils, wood burning stoves, wood supply and twin bunks or double size beds.  Hot showers and flush toilets are located in a central facility.  Outdoor toilets are also available throughout the camp.   Fresh water outlets are located near the cabins for easy access.

A large dining/lounge room in the Main Lodge is available for meal service for guests on the full service plan.   Guests are also welcome  to use this facility for meetings or social gatherings.

OTHER CAMP FACILITIES include barbecues, picnic/shore lunch sites, hiking trails and fish cleaning and freezing facilities .  A limited supply of fishing tackle and confectionery items can be purchased in the “Trader’s Post Pro Shop”.

IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY our Lodge is equipped with First Aid supplies and someone is on hand skilled in First Aid.  The Lodge has radio/telephone communications to the outside world and any emergency can be dealt with quickly.  Each guest should check his own medical coverage in the unlikely event of an air ambulance evacuation being required. Although such instances are very rare it is wise to have adequate insurance coverage.

OTHER ACTIVITIES such as beach volleyball, horseshoes, cribbage, darts and some quiet reading help make your stay more enjoyable.  In those off-hours, enjoy a hike along one of the nature trails.
